Summit Consultants is owned and operated by Paul Ellis. Paul’s focus is to provide consistent building management services by being involved with each of his clients personally and providing tools to his clients to have consistent building maintenance even when personnel changes occur inside your organization.

Paul Ellis began his career in building asset management and building maintenance working in the UK as a Mechanical Contractor and Site Supervisor. There, he managed site supervision for plumbing and heating with various projects including large Recreation Centres, Hospitals and Hotels.

Later Paul began working for a local municipality as an Mechanical Inspector and Quality Assurance Manager. His duties there were to carry out quality assurance reviews of new and existing heating and ventilation projects.

After his relocating to Canada in 2005 he began working for a Mechanical engineering company as a project manager overseeing the design and build process of various commercial, retail and high-rise residential projects. Later, Paul would help create the Energy and Plant Management department, heading up the team of professionals who would review existing buildings and advise the owners how to best manage their plant and gain the most efficiencies from their building.

In 2014, Paul founded Summit Building Consultants Inc, where he utilizes his 32 years of knowledge and experience to provide services that help his clients maintain their buildings better and more economically with systems and strategies for building maintenance, while also handling project management of capital projects for building upgrades and repairs.
