Building controls standardization and optimization

We were approached by a large property owner/management company to standardize their building controls and optimize their controls sequences. The operating system they were using were reliable controls and delta controls. We completed the following:

Standardized the look and usability of the graphics

Created piping/duct layouts representational of what was onsite.

Created 3D animated graphics for all building.

Review trend logs and PID control loops and adjusted the sequence of operation to reduce energy consumption and wear on equipment by reducing frequent start stops of equipment.

Updated the night set back modes for individual tenants based on the current hours of operation
