Hot water heating replacement of a 29 storey Strata building in North Vancouver

The strata could not turn off their hot water heating system in summer because the mechanical couplings would start leaking. We reviewed the building and created a budget cost to replace the mechanical couplings and managed the projected during construction. We had to carefully plan and schedule with each building occupant for the contractor to access and install the new piping and couplings within each suite. The project was completed successfully and the strata is now able to benefit from the reduced cost of energy bills after turning off the hot water heating system during the summer months.
