Domestic hot and cold water replacement of a 34 storey hotel in Vancouver

The hotel had been spending considerable amount of money repairing pin holes leaks with the domestic hot and cold water piping caused by the thinning of the copper piping. We reviewed the building and created a budget and phased schedule to replace the piping over a period of 3 years. We successfully completed phase 1 of the project.
