Domestic hot and cold water replacement of a 15 unit wood framed building in 531 Lonsdale ave, North Vancouver

The building was wanting to renovated the building we provided engineering drawings to replace the 30 year old copper piping and install new in-suite laundry. By adding in-suite laundry for each unit the owner was able to increase their return on investment.
